EIGRP Routing With Redistribution

No comments :

EIGRP (Enhanced Interface Gateway Routing Protocol)

For same Autonomous no. -->eigrp-routing.html

Redistribution with different Autonomous No.
    1.   It is used for 2 different autonomous system
    2.   Redistribution depend of 5 component
   1.Bandwith
   2.Dely
   3.Load
   4.Reliablity

   5.MTU (Max. transmission unit)

     Basic Configuration And Clock Rate

First router(2621-XM) and add port(WIC-2T) and Follow this Diagram

Go to first router in cli mode and type
          No
          Router>en
          Router#conf t
          Router(config)#int s0/0
          Router(config-if)#ip address 192.168.30.1 255.255.255.0
          Router(config-if)#no shut
          Router(config-if)#clock rate 64000
          Router(config-if)#exit
          Router(config)#int f0/0
   Router(config-if)#ip address 192.168.10.1 255.255.255.0
   Router(config-if)#no shut
          Router(config-if)#exit

Go to second router in cli mode
          No
          Router>en
          Router#conf t
          Router(config)#int s0/0
          Router(config-if)#ip address 192.168.30.2 255.255.255.0
          Router(config-if)#no shut
          Router(config-if)#exit
          Router(config)#int s0/1
          Router(config-if)#ip address 192.168.40.1 255.255.255.0
          Router(config-if)#no shut
          Router(config-if)#clock rate 64000
          Router(config-if)#exit
          Router(config)#int f0/0
          Router(config-if)#ip address 192.168.20.1 255.255.255.0
          Router(config-if)#no shut
          Router(config-if)#exit

Go to Third router in cli mode
          No
    Router>en
          Router#conf t
          Router(config)#int s0/0
  Router(config-if)#ip address 192.168.40.2 255.255.255.0
          Router(config-if)#no shut
          Router(config-if)#exit
          Router(config)#int f0/0
          Router(config-if)#ip address 192.168.50.1 255.255.255.0
          Router(config-if)#no shut
          Router(config-if)#exit

Step 2 Routing

In First Router
First check network in (Router# Show ip route)
Then type
Router#conf t
Router(config)#router eigrp 10
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.10.0
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.30.0

In Second router
Router# Show ip route
Router#conf t
Router(config)#router eigrp 10
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.20.0
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.30.0
Router(config)#router eigrp 20
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.40.0
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.20.0

In Third router
Router# Show ip route
Router#conf t
Router(config)#router eigrp 20
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.40.0
Router(config-router)#network 192.168.50.0

Step 3 Redistribution

Go to that router in which two or more autonomous no. are present (router 2)
and redistribute
for example
In these condition go to router 2 and follow the step's
Go to first AS
Router(config)#Router eigrp 10
Router(config-router)#Redistribute eigrp 20 metric 1544 2000 255 1 1500
Router(config-router)#Exit
Go to Second AS
Router(config)#Router eigrp 20
Router(config-router)#Redistribute eigrp 10 metric 1544 2000 255 1 1500

Where:-
1544          -        Bandwith
2000          -        Dely
255            -        load
1                 -        Reliability

1500          -        MTU

To check Send Packet's Between Networks or ping from fist router to all ip's as shown in picture
